Tapahtumakumppaniksi Kaupunkitiloille?

Teemme tilaa kaupunkikulttuurille ja etsimme yhteistyö- ja tapahtumakumppaneita toteuttamaan elämyksiä Helsingin kulttuurihistoriallisiin kohteisiin vuodelle 2026. Helsingin kaupunkitilat on vuonna 2022 perustettu kaupunkikehitysyhtiö, jonka tavoitteena on saada kaupunki elämään ja kukoistamaan. Tarjoamme tilaa ja tukea tapahtumajärjestäjille, taiteilijoille ja vapaan kentän toimijoille. Tiloissamme toteutettavat tapahtumat ovat pääosin avoimia kaikille ja maksuttomia kävijöille. Lue lisää ja lähetä hakemuksesi 15.3. mennessä!

Etsimme nyt tapahtumakumppaneita etenkin Torikortteleihin, Teurastamolle ja Hakaniementorille, Kauppatorin ja Vanhan kauppahallin edustalle sekä Mantan aukiolle ja Töölöntorille. Täytä hakemuksesi oheisella lomakkeella: https://link.webropolsurveys.com/S/D6DF79DB76DACD3C

Etsimme erityisesti:
– Monipuolisia kulttuuritapahtumia
– Elävän taiteen tapahtumia
– Ruokakulttuuria edistäviä tapahtumia
– Esityksiä ja näyttelyitä
– Osallistavia ja toiminnallisia tapahtumia, kuten workshoppeja 
– Kaikille sopivia koko perheen tapahtumia

Tapahtumakumppaniksi valituille tarjoamme:
– Tapahtumapaikan sekä tapahtumasähkön, mahdollisuuksien mukaan myös tapahtumatekniikan
– Markkinointia ja viestintää, sisältäen näkyvyyttä kohteen verkkosivujen tapahtumakalenterissa 
– Kumppaneita sekä kohteiden palveluiden hyödyntämistä osana tapahtumaa
– Sovittaessa tukea tuotantoprosessiin

Edellytykset tapahtumakumppaniksi:
– Kumppanuustapahtumille on oltava nimetty tuotannon vastuuhenkilö, joka vastaa tapahtuman tuotannosta, budjetista, aikataulusta ja suunnitelmasta​
– Tekninen suunnitelma sekä tapahtuman aikataulut toimitetaan vähintään kuusi viikkoa ennen tapahtumaa​
– Tapahtumakumppani on päävastuussa tapahtumansa viestinnästä ja markkinoinnista. Markkinoinnin ja viestinnän materiaalit (kuvat, esittelyteksti ja tapahtuman aikataulut) toimitetaan viimeistään kuusi viikkoa ennen tapahtumaa, jotta Kaupunkitilat voi toimia viestinnässä tukena.
– Tapahtumakumppani sitoutuu vastuulliseen tapahtumajärjestämiseen, sekä Helsingin kaupungin arvoja ja kestävyyttä noudattaviin toimintatapoihin. Tutustu lisää: Vastuullisen tapahtumajärjestäjän periaatteet – Kaupunkitilat

Käsittelemme hakemukset maaliskuun aikana ja ilmoitamme hakijoille päätöksistä maaliskuun loppuun mennessä. Valinnoissa otamme huomioon sekä taiteelliset ja kulttuuriset että tekniset ja vastuulliset toteutusmahdollisuudet.

We are creating space for urban culture and looking for event partners to bring experiences to Helsinki’s cultural and historical sites in 2026. Helsinki City Premises is an urban development company founded in 2022 with the aim of bringing the city to life and helping it flourish. We offer premises and support to event organizers, artists, and independent groups. The events held in our spaces are mainly open to everyone and free of charge for visitors. We are currently looking for event partners, particularly for the Torikorttelit, Teurastamo, and Hakaniemi areas, in front of the Market Square and Old Market Hall, as well as Manta Square and Töölö Market Square. Applications are open from February 10th to March 15th.

We are particularly looking for:
– A wide range of cultural events
– Live art events
– Events promoting food culture
– Performances and exhibitions
– Participating and interactive events, such as workshops
– Events suitable for the whole family

What we’ll offer you:
– The event venue and event electricity
– Support for marketing and communications, including visibility in the event calendar on venue’s website 
– Partners and the use of the venue’s services as part of the event
– Support for the production process, if needed

What we expect from you as an event partner:
– Partnership events must have a designated production manager who is responsible for the production, budget, schedule and event plan
– The technical plan and event schedules must be submitted at least six weeks before the event
– The event partner is primarily responsible for the communication and marketing of their event. Marketing and communication materials (images, texts and event schedules) must be submitted at least six weeks before the event so that we can provide support for communication

We will process applications during March and notify applicants of our decisions by the end of March. Our selection process will take into account artistic and cultural considerations as well as technical and sustainable aspects.
